What Are The Signs Of Pneumonia? I Have Been On

What are the signs of pneumonia? I have been on prednisone for 9 days because of fluid in my lungs when I cough...it was called reactive airway disease. I'm also on an expectorant for mucus in my lungs. It doesn't seem to be clearing up yet. I've had this starting with strep throat Dec. 23rd.
