from last 2 days i am feeling some unusual sensation in my penis its not too burning but feeling little pain at the top of my penis ....also noted 3 small white colored skin tags or domes that form around the penis gland...i am not married now my age is 27 and never gone sex with any one in my life ..pls suggest.
