What Are The Small Colorless Bumps Developing Around A Pink And Itchy One?

Hi, I had a bump maybe the size of 3 grains of salt that had no color and was not painful. Now, about 2 months later, it is about the size of a pea, pink and shiny. When It was not colored, and smaller, it was itchy, but now it is painless and I cannot feel it. Now more colorless bumps are popping up around the pink, pearly one. Any ideas what it could be?
