What Are The Small Itchy Bumps Between My Toes?

In between my third and fourth toes on my left foot I have a bunch of bumps and they itch. The skin is red and shiny. If I try to itch it it hurts. Also behind the fourth toe on the same foot I have a large bump that doesnt have any of the same symptoms so I dont think its related but this is all worrying me because its been a week n a half n it hasnt gotten better
