What Are The Small Painless Bumps On My Penis Shaft?

I have a few tiny tiny bumps on the shaft of my penis. They are painless and really only noticeable during an erection.

I have only had safe sex and that was over a year ago. I have received oral sex (not given) and each time was unprotected.

Is it possible to contract something? I am in no pain.
