What Are The Small Pus Filled Spots All Over My Face?

I've broken out with tiny pus filled spots all over my face and chest. The spots on my chest itch like a rash. I've taken some Piriton. They've been there two days now, this morning being the 2nd. What do i do? Was it something i ate, is this an allergic reaction? I havent changed anything, not any make-up, or washing powder... They are grim and i need them to go before work tomorrow.
