What Are The Small Red Rashes On My Child's Body?

My 2 yr old daughter has developed a rash today on her stomach , back, little on her neck and within 2hrs has spread to below her waist . It doesn't itch or seem to bother her. None of the spots are raised only 1 on her neck and maybe 2 on her back. They are little red spots
