What Are The Small Red Spots Across My Abdomen And Pelvic Area?
I am a female aged 57. The other day I noticed numerous small read spots across my abdomen. In a couple of days these have spread to a wider area and to my pelvic area and inside of the tops of my legs. They do not itch and I have no other symptoms. I was wondering what they might be?
