What Are The Small Reddish Spots On My Hands And Legs?

Recently I have seen my grand son 3 months has small spots on his hand and legs. They are very small and seems like several dots together a rounded with reddish color. Can you tell me what are those ? He doesn t have pain. He is breastfeeding. Thank you
