What Are The Sore And Itchy Red Bumps On The Legs And Stomach?

Hi my boy friend and i have been getting red bumps that itch on our legs and stomach that turned into blister and are now sores. They are in no pattern and seem pretty random. The sores burn and feel like a deep pain in my skin. What do you think they could be? Do you think they are bug bites or a skin condition?
