What Are The Sore Bumps On My Temple After A Lobectomy?

Hi, I'm 22 years old and had Temporal Lobe Lobectomy about 3 months ago. I recently grew 2 sore bumps under my skin on my temple around the scar tissue, as well as have now grown another under my penis on the shaft part. I was wondering if this is potentially cancerous.
