What Are The Symptoms And Treatment For Adenoids?

hi. my son is 21/2yr old and he is having adenoids? he is having this from the first few weeks of his birth and till today very often he is having fever with runny nose , wheezing sound during the night and mostly vomiting very regularly especially in the evening and sometimes his ear infections there too. very concerned what to do? pls help me???
