What Are The Symptoms And Treatment For External Hemorrhoids During Pregnancy?

Hi im a 19 year old girl, i am 10 weeks pregnant. this morning i woke up and my bum was quite sore but i thought it was just from laying on it all night long. when i went to have a shower i discovered there was a small soft piece of skin attached to the outside of my anus, and its a little tender when i touch it but its not that bad. i was wondering is it external hemorrhoids or is it something else and how can i treat it?
