What Are The Symptoms Of Hashimoto's Thyroiditis?

hi I have hypothyroid and I have been taking levothyroxin for more than 10 years.recently I gave blood test again because I feel fatigue and gained weigh and being lazy.my t3,t4 and tsh is in normal range while my antibody is more that 1300. dr said to take the same dosage of levo as I dd before. she did not tell me anything about hashimoto disease but I am concern about it. what is the cure ? may I need to increase my dosage in future? does hashimoto have a cure ?
