What Are The Symptoms Of Labyrinthitis?

Been feeling dizzy for quite a few months on and off, in fact for a year or more, think it was labrynthitus or similar, then feel quite feint on Friday and also have cold feet and sometimes numb toes. I also have type 2 diabetes and not on tablets or insulin, I tested and it was 15.5, I might also have a virus making dizzy worse as some strange viruses going around at moment at work?
