What Are The Symptoms Of MRSA?

I was in hospital 2 weeks ago for an implantation of a imputable loop recorder now today they have given a press release that they discovered the MRSA bacteria in the hospital but exactly at the departement where my bed was, don t know if it was the same room but defiantly the same floor.Since then i developed this big a canker sores and a weird pain in throat but could this have anything to do with it? Or do they test every week for MRSA?
