What Are The Symptoms Of A Bug Bite?

I woke up Friday morning with bug bites all over my legs. They werent bad at first and now one of the bites has doubled in size. It had this clear yellowish fluid coming out and the bites on my right leg seems to have more and more bumps around each of them. Could this be something else rather than a bug bite?
