What Are The Symptoms Of A Skin Cancer?

I have a mole on my left breast. It is normal colored but it has always been irregular. A couple weeks ago I noticed that the 2x2 patch of skin surrounding has become numb and a little bit tingly. I'm also 8 months pregnant however so I'm not sure if it's due to my baby on a nerve or skin cancer??
