What Are The Symptoms Of Adult Attention Deficit Disorder?

Hello. I ve recently discussed issues I ve had regarding focus, stress, and attentiveness at work with my wife and close family. I ve noticed lately that I find myself too stressed to focus or care. My mind often wanders. Any small mistake I make can cost millions to I have to be very attentive. I wanna know if I have developed some kind of adult ADD. Also, when I read I find my self having to constantly re-read the same paragraph and then not really know what I just read.
