What Are The Symptoms Of Anal Fistula?

am XXXXXXX , age 52 years suffered from anal fistula. First time doctor told it is abscess and operated in the month of May-2013. Again i got pain and doctor told that it is anal fistula and got operated by Dr.shivaramaih in Promed Hospital,Bangalore in the month of January-2015. Now i am feeling something (I cannot express) in vagina side. why it is happening or again anal fistula is started. please tell me it should not repeat again. So what i have to do .
