What Are The Symptoms Of Bacterial Vaginosis?

I have been diagnosed with bacterial vaginosis and also atrophic vaginitis. I am 9 weeks post partum (my post partum discharge ended a while ago) and was diagnosed a few weeks ago. Just recently my discharge which had been clearish changed to brownish. Is this a symptom of the bv? I am on premarin cream.
