What Are The Symptoms Of Chronic Micro Vascular Disease?

Hello. In September of 2014, I had putitary gland surgery. On my MRI it states that I have Chronic Micro vascular disease. The tumor was benign. I have lost some of my short term memory and vision. I just want to know what the chronic microvascular disease is, and do I have any thing to worry about? I am a female, 62 years old. thanks
