What Are The Symptoms Of Costochondritis?

I'm feeling sternum pain every once in a while and just 20 min ago the pain worsened and is still hurting. I was elbowed very hard a year and a 1/2 ago during a flag football game and never thought anything of it but it really hurt when it happened and then every once in a while after. I'm thinking it could be costochondritis. Help?
