hello, my baby skin was great when he was born, now he is 3 months old and 3 to a month later he started to have dry skin with some brown spots on cheeks and overhead, i am putting mustela cold cream on the spots and before a week it was looking better and good now it came back is that ecsyma ? or just dry skin ?
