What Are The Symptoms Of End Stage Stomach Cancer?

My sister has stage IV stomach cancer and per phone calls tells me she has been in and out of hospital this week. She states her intestines quit working, but scope yesterday shows everything OK except for acid reflex . She states she was vomiting and unable to eat, but getting IV for dehydration. She states she was told she can go back on chemo, weak heart from previous chemo(possible heart attack) . It sounds to me like end stage symptoms but she is not saying this, and doesn't want me to call her husband. She has a rare type of stomach cancer. From what I know by phone calls, does this sound like end stage? She was given 3 weeks t live in 12/2012 w/o chemo and 9 months with but previously told me she was in continuous remission. Opin
