What Are The Symptoms Of Epididymis?

Everything is fine now, however yesterday I had a problem with my left testicle hurting when I walked. There was a sharp pain whenever you touched it. I looked online and read up about epididymitis however I am no doctor and Im not sure if thats what it was or not. Any ideas?
