What Are The Symptoms Of Food Poisoning?

I believe that I have food poisoning (I ve had it several times before and the symptoms are very similar). One symptom that is different is that I am moaning/groaning/chattering every time I breath out when trying to sleep. I am aware that I am doing it but it actually takes effort not to do it, rather than the other way around. If I try to suppress the noises I start to feel anxious and on-edge after two or three breaths. I do feel as though I have a mild fever - are the noises a symptom of that.
