What Are The Symptoms Of Gonorrhoea?

Hi doctor I thank you for your time and would really value your opinion on the question I have below. I once had unprotected sex with a woman. So I had constant bites inside penis and testicles and sometimes it happens on my finger tips or my feet. Now it s been more than three months since that ordeal. My first doctor told me it s a Gonnorhea type disease so I took a lot of different antibiotics but the pain starts about a day after I stop. I never had sex ever since and really wish this could go away so I can start my life the best way. I ve been seeing my current doctor a lot I ve done hiv Elisa lab test and a instant card test ; it s negative. He also says it cannot be herpes because herpes is obvious.
