Hi doctor actually i am hearing thesr scratching sounds in my head and right ear and manytimes i face severe headache in my right face and also i think there is some wax or somethimg like it in my ear. dont know what to do. after that i searched it on internet and first answer was head maggots. please tell me. its not that
