What Are The Symptoms Of Herpes?

i was recently in the hospital for a week because i had lesions in my mouth and vagina area. i also was very dehydrated and weak. about a week before this i took the vaccine gaurdasil to prevent agains cervical cancer. i am sexually active but im only thirteen. my doctor mentioned that this could be herpes. and asked me if i was sexually active and i said no. because i dont want my parents to know i have had sex. i am going back to the doctor soon to see if i have herpes or what is wrong with me. so i have two qustions. do u think this is herpes, or a reaction to the vaccine? and can my doctor tell my parents i have had sex or that i do have herpes without my premission?
