What Are The Symptoms Of Jaundice?

I've felt ill for years but the past couple weeks have been awful just fatigue my guts don't feel right had lots of ear nose and throat issues as well and what I thought was strep that came with nasty swollen lymph nodes under my jaw and severe tonsil pain today I got something in my eye and noticed they were yellow do these symptoms all coincide with jaundice?
