What Are The Symptoms Of Lichen Sclerosus?

I want to know if I have lichen sclerosus or exzema on the vaginal lips it is now spreading to the inner lips of the vagina and my anus.It is severley itchy and constantly dry I have ordered a cream called effloresence paste for vaginal itching how would I be able to tell what it is I had a biopsy done before and the results came back negative for exzema but I seen another doctor and she said it looks like exzema and gave me a cortizone cream which worked for a bit then it came back could you help me in any way
