What Are The Symptoms Of Migraine?

Yes i have been diagnosed with stress related migraines that are apparently causing right side paralysis, facial numbness, cant speak. Every time this happens apparently my potassium is very low also. I also suffer from high bld pressure and take medication for it. I am taking potassium pills. When my numbness starts i am also experiencing chest pain and a big spike in bld presssure. Im not convienced its migraines any suggestions?
