What Are The Symptoms Of Perimenopause?

I am 44 yaers old and have light spotting and cramping. I had a hysterectomy nearly 4 years ago. I did have granulation issues about 4 months post op. I do have my ovaries. Oh and lichen sclerosis of vagina,but spotting g is not from this. Could it be peri menopausal?
