What Are The Symptoms Of Phimosis?

hi, i dont know if i have phimosis, when i try to retract my foreskin while my penis is flacid it goes down easily but i have not tried to retract it completely because as far as i know when you have phimosis and you retract it you can suffer a paraphimosis, im scared that if i retract i can get that, and it would be really embarrasing, but when my penis is erect i cant do it , but when i get erections it doesn't hurts or something
