What Are The Symptoms Of Post Scabies?

Hi! I was diaganosed with scabies 25 days ago. After 2 applications with 5% permithrine new bumps stopped appearing. But i have seen a few rashes on my neck where i had no scabies infestation spread. I also saw 3-4 new bumps recently. I took best possible care to prevent reinfestation by wasing clothes in hot water, ireoning, treating other family members. Is it reinfestation or just post scabies?
