What Are The Symptoms Of Potential Kidney Disease?

yesterday in my urine report albumin present trace wbc puc cells 2_3 & epithelial cells 2_3 am i kidney patient ? or not and my kidneys will fail or not in sonography report nothing is there doctor given me some mediciens but i am mentally distrubed when heard i have this type of problem so please help me in this regard please tell me doctor i am teacher in school i want to live longlife for my family. we are very poor.what can i do to protect my kidneys.for longlife & how it will stop
