What Are The Symptoms Of Potential Scabies?

i have really itchy palms and on my left hand palm where it is itchy little bumps have come up and are really sore they tend to be swelling and its quite sore i also have bumps between my fingers but they aint as itchy and on the side of my feet, just wanting to no is it scabies as someone that went to my daughters kindy had them but i have been to three different doctors and they have all told me that is my exmar someone help please
