What Are The Symptoms Of Pregnancy?

Hi, my period is 11 days late and I'm experiencing a lot of nausea and fatigue. I had a urine pregnancy test done last week when i was about 4 days late and it was negative. Instead of my period i have this white odor-less discharge. If i am pregnant, today would make 5 weeks and 3 days. Could I be pregnant? When should I take another test?
