What Are The Symptoms Of Pregnancy?

Hi I m 18 years old and have been having pregnancy symptoms even thought last month I had my period but only for two days (normally 6 days) my breast is really sore and my nipples at getting bigger and very sensitive, could I be pregnant ? Note: started making love with my boyfriend 1.5 month ago after year and a half without having sex. Thanks :)
