What Are The Symptoms Of Pregnancy?

I have been off of my birth control for a little over a month now. A couple weeks after my period (which arrived 3 days late) I had spotting. My nipples started becoming sore so I took an ept test. The pregnant line appeared and within 3 minutes disappeared. This happened 2 more times.I figured they were duds, assumed the mild symptoms were a side effect from stopping my birth control and waited for my period. Now, I am a week and a half late on my period and noticed very light pink on my pantyliner last night. Today, not pink. Could I be pregnant?
