What Are The Symptoms Of Psoriasis?

I have a problem with my skin

Always i used to rub my hands as it was veryitching since from a couple of days back. And small round shape alergy came in my hands and it is spreading a lot and above that i found white dandruff like that. Is this Psoriasis? i am very afraid of this please suggest me
