What Are The Symptoms Of Sinusitis?

hello doctor i have nose problem since 4 years. my inner bone was tilted and it was corrected with operation. and now while awaking i got a lot of mucus on my nose. what would be the cause. and i feel my head heavy too. is this symptoms of synusitis. if not what can i do to get relief of this problem.
