What Are The Symptoms Of Stomach Cancer?

No I read the answer to a similar symptom tthanks a bunch could be gastritis I have had lung cancer so I'm worried it could be stomach cancer..I can't afford pay you as well but if could would be wise get an opinion.I feel like been punched and puking alot everyday 2 weeks now..
