What Are The Symptoms Of Strep Throat?

My 3 year old threw up 3x today but mostly water (he didnt eat a lot yesterday-his baby brother had a stomach bug on Monday). But now he has a 103.9 temp too. I asked if his throat hurt and he said yes. COuld it be strep? He also had coxsackie (sp?) a few months ago with a very high fever so I am worried about that-though last time there was no stomachache with it.
