What Are The Symptoms Of Uterine Fibroids?

I am 48, 54kg 156cm lady, suffering from uterine fibroids. My GP prescribed tranexamic acid, for the heavy bleeding in the last 48hrs. I am also taking Mefenamic mefenamic acid for the pain. In the last 12 hours I have been having stabbing pains on my left side below the diaphragm.Could this have anything to do with the medication?
