What Are The Symptoms Of Vascular Disease?

I am diabetic on lentos humilin r and have spinal stenosis,asthma,carpal tunnel,sleep apnea,I cannot wAke up for anything at times and now I cannot walk on left leg the pain is so bad also diagnosed with vascular disease and heterogamous something from the gyn no kids four miscarriages I am living in pain I just feel like killing myself what is wrong also constant trash in my mouth and on tons of insulin and meeds but nothing is getting better please help
