What Are The Symptoms Of Vertigo?

Hello my name is Karen i just wanted to know how do i know if i have Vertigo. I have been feeling very dizy for the past 3 years, the dizziness would come and go, but these past 3 months have been the hardest and it looks like the dizzines is getting worser, even when im laying down in bed i still feel very dizzy, before i would just feel light headed, but know things around me are spinning and moving.
