What Are The Symptoms Of Vitiligo?

hello, i am a mother of a 6yr old girl.since 3 months she has a small pinkish white patch under her right eye.my doctos says it is due to her cough tendency since in our family there is a history of allergies like rhinitis etc .but my other doctor(2nd opinion) says it might be vitiligo and has prescribed tab Dicaris-50child,Flutivate cream and Tacroz 0.03% ointment. am confused as both hav different opinions.she does'nt hav any other patch on her body,nor the size is increasing.what should i do?
