What Are The Tiny Red Dots On Face?

Hi. Have you ever come across a condition whereby intiny red dots appear in the facial pores (only about 5 or so across the whole face). They look just like they have been dotted on with a red biro. They can be wiped off and leave no mark. There is no cut nor pain.
